1. Standard items
Uncut standard items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Transport costs for returns are paid by the customer.
2. Custom-cut items
Products cut or manufactured to your sizes cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage or mismatch within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
